When he was still in public school Rich was recruited to become the bass player in his older brothers rock band and has since become one of the top Bassists in London. This guy plays with a level of talent and taste that you seldom get to experience in a cover band and really enjoys the material and performances.

Rich continues to perform Internationally with Margaritaville and is often approached as a fill-in for high level gigs due to his well recognized talent amongst his peers. In recent years he’s developed a strong interest in Flamenco guitar and has become quite an impressive player in that musical style as well.

Whatever Rich sets his mind to he executes with tremendous enthusiasm and passion, he’s just a terrific person that everyone loves to be around. BIG BANG has become the creative outlet that allows him to perform excellent new rock tunes with other great players and have a lot of fun at the same time.

Starting with high school bands in the Barrie area, Dave has been a weekend musician ever since. As the hobby that he loves best, music continues to be a passion he pursues with relentless enthusiasm, constantly improving his guitar chops and discovering new rocking material.

Dave loves to have fun and entertain people; his outgoing personality and lighthearted nature add excitement and passion to the bands performances. He covers most of the backing harmony vocals and handles lots of the solo guitar responsibilities with his blistering Strat/Boogie combo rig.

This band gives Dave the ability to cover some great new material and, as BIG BANG is definitely the most talented group of musicians he’s had the pleasure to play with, the quality of the performances and high level of expertise and professionalism delivers tons of tasty and exciting musical experiences.

The newest member of the band, Lucas steps into the spotlight with commanding vocals and tight, driving rhythm guitar. Bringing fresh energy to the group’s 90s and 2000s rock and alt-rock sound, he delivers big choruses, gritty edge, and the kind of presence that pulls a crowd in fast. New to the lineup, but already a natural fit.

Gord Oliver began  drumming at 22 yrs.of age .  He had wanted to drum since the age of 12. He developed quickly and was playing professionally at 27. 

Gord played with many cover bands, some original music and tribute acts. A Sabbath tribute in the late 90s, the Rush Tribute : A show of Hands circa 2000. The Smash Tones,The Flyte with Helix singer Brian Vollmer plus many more.  Currently he plays with Big Bang, Catt and the Bar Kingz and Time Machine Rush tribute band. 

Dedicated practice and love for his craft over the years, has put him at a high level of proficiency. 

He loves to play hard,  high energy music and serves each song as closely as possible to the originals. 

His gear consists of: DW, Ludwig and Tama drums. A Mix of Zildjian and Sabian cymbals, Alesis kit with  pad module and 

ProMark 747 nylon tip sticks. Gord  has logged thousands of hrs on the kit and practice pad and always  says that "Daily rudiment sessions are the key to his success".
